As a truck driver, you spend many hours sitting behind the wheel. If you don’t take care to makes sure that you’re sitting properly, you can cause chronic lower back or neck pain.
Truck drivers can avoid pain in the back by making sure to sit back comfortably in the seat and have comfortable, relaxed arms. The truck’s mirrors should already be adjusted for safety, but they’re also important to prevent additional strain on the neck.
